Thank you for choosing Roam Imaging. These Business Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile ultrasound services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Services
1.1. Scope of Services:
Roam Imaging provides mobile elective ultrasound services.
1.2. Availability:
Our services are available Monday through Saturday 9 am to 8 pm. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.
Booking and Appointments
2.1. Scheduling:
Appointments can be scheduled through our website, Thryv booking or by contacting our customer support.
2.2. Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Cancellations and rescheduling can be done 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in a fee.
Payment
3.1. Payment Methods:
Payment for services can be made through Square.
3.2. Fees and Charges:
Prices for services are as listed on our website.
Client Responsibilities
4.1. Cooperation:
Clients are required to cooperate during the ultrasound process and follow any instructions provided by our staff.
4.2. Accuracy of Information:
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, especially regarding health information relevant to the ultrasound.
Confidentiality and Privacy
5.1. Data Handling:
We handle personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
6.1. Disclaimer:
Roam Imaging is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services.
Termination
7.1. Termination by Roam Imaging:
We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
8.1. Jurisdiction:
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah.
Changes to Terms
9.1. Modification:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

10.1 No Third Party Sharing:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
10.2 Opt-ins:
Customers will opt-in to the campaign by texting the keyword (specify keyword here) to the number provided (85100). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. For help, reply HELP to any message or call/email (Provide customer support info here). Reply STOP to any message to opt-out.
10.3 Carrier Disclaimer:
"Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages."
